Refund policy

Exchange or return is not permitted if the product tag has been removed. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags, labels, seals, and accessories intact. Products  that fail the quality check will be sent back to the customer. Socks are non-returnable if the tag has been removed.

Exchange Policy

Step 1: Raise an Exchange Request
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests can be raised via WhatsApp or email at asquaredd10@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Exchange Request – [Order ID]”

Please include the following details:
• Reason for exchange (size issue / damaged product / incorrect item)
• Clear images of the product with tags and original packaging intact
• Copy of the order invoice

Step 2: Review & Approval
• Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
• You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection, based on eligibility.

Step 3: Return Pickup / Shipping
• Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days (subject to service availability).
• Returned items must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition
• With original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice
• Securely packed to avoid transit damage

Step 4: Quality Check & Inspection
• All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
• Inspection may take up to 3 business days.
• Products that fail the quality check will be returned to the customer.

Step 5: Exchange Timeline
• Approved exchanges are completed within 7–10 working days from the date the returned product is received.

Additional Conditions
• Exchange is permitted only once per order
• Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable unless defective
• Accessories are non-exchangeable
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
• Asquaredd reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy
