In case of pricing discrepancies arising from typographical, technical, or system errors, ASQUAREDD reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Order Processing & Verification

All orders are subject to internal verification, including stock availability checks, payment confirmation, address validation, and fraud detection protocols. ASQUAREDD reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that fail verification.

Order Acceptance & Dispatch

An order is deemed accepted only upon successful verification, packaging, assignment to a logistics partner, and issuance of a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled only before they are marked as “processed.” Once processing begins, orders become non-cancellable due to inventory allocation and logistics initiation.

Pre-orders are non-cancellable except where ASQUAREDD is unable to fulfill the order within the communicated timeframe.
